FAQ:

You can cancel the SuperMemo Help and Website download during the installation process and complete it at another time (#267)
(SuperMemo Setup Beta, Tuesday, January 28, 2003 8:46 PM)
Question:
I have checked the Download SuperMemo Help and Website option, but the current transfer is so slow that the Remaining time indicator in the Downloading... window shows a couple of hours before the download is complete. If I cancelled the download now, would SuperMemo complete the installation process without installing the help file?
Answer:
Yes, it would. Just click Cancel and then click Yes to the Do you want to cancel the download? query. You can download SuperMemo Help and Website (i.e. smhelp.chm) later in two basic ways:
  1. Go to the Download SuperMemo Help and Website page and download the help file from this page,
  2. Run SuperMemo Setup again and download the help file with its assistance.
Note you do not have to install SuperMemo in a different folder unless it is your intention. Otherwise let SuperMemo Setup complete the current installation.

The SuperMemo button will not automatically appear on the Internet Explorer toolbar if you have previously customized the toolbar (#268)
(SuperMemo Setup Beta, Tuesday, January 28, 2003 8:46 PM)
Question:
I had checked the Add an Internet Explorer toolbar button option, however, I do not see it on my Internet Explorer toolbar although the installation process was reported successful?
Answer:
If the user has customized the Internet Explorer toolbar, the SuperMemo 2002 button will not appear on the toolbar automatically. The toolbar button will be added to the choices in the Customize Toolbar dialog box and will appear if the toolbar is reset.
To reset the toolbar, right-click it, and then click Customize. In the Customize Toolbar dialog box, click Reset.
